Acro is a style of dance that explores acrobatics/gymnastic elements as well as other technicial elements, such as Jazz, or Lyrical. This style of dance will improve the dancers, strength, flexibility and balance among other things. 

Acrobatic Arts.
Acrobatic Arts was created by a successful studio owner with decades of experience, Acrobatic Arts runs training and certification courses for dance teachers in the art of AcroDance.  The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.  Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program.  Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!  

​Class Schedule: 
Pre Primary (KinderAcro) - Ages 2.5-5 years - Mondays 5:00-5:30
Pre Jr Acro - Ages 5-7 years - Wednesdays 5:00-5:30

Pre Acro 1 - Determined by skill level - Wednesdays 6:30-7:15
Acro I - Determined by skill level - Mondays 4:00-5:00
Acro II - Determined by skill level - Wednesdays 7:15-8:15
* Please note that class times are subject to change after registration. ​Students are placed based upon their acrobatic ability. 

Dress Code
Acro dance requires the student to wear a leotard with the option of shorts or tights with hair up and out of the face.
​No dance shoes are reqired for this class.
